BrandRap · Issue 01 · Partnerships
§ 08 · Partnerships

You run the floor. We run the machine.

Selective partnerships with local businesses and ecommerce stores, structured as equity, revenue share, or profit share. Not a retainer. A stake.

Engineering schematic: an operator assembly and a BrandRap assembly bolted together into one machine at a coupling labeled the partnership.
Fig. 01 · Two assemblies, one machine. Your side runs on industry expertise and boots on the ground; ours runs on the team, the tech stack, the marketing, and the scale.
§ The trade

One business. One P&L.

Flowchart: what you bring and what BrandRap brings merge into one business with one P&L, split as equity, revenue share, or profit share.
Fig. 02 · What each side puts in, and the three ways the upside splits.
01

Equity

We hold a stake and build like owners. Deepest commitment, longest horizon.

02

Revenue share

We take a percentage of what the machine produces. Aligned from the first sale.

03

Profit share

We split what's left after the work is done. Both sides watch the same bottom line.

§ In market now

Already running.

Not a pitch deck. Partnerships currently in production.

International ecommerce

The American operation for overseas stores.

A number of international ecommerce stores breaking into the American market run their US growth through BrandRap: the stack, the marketing, the scale.

Elevation drawing: a row of barbershop and medspa storefronts wired to one shared control unit.
Barbershops · medspas

50/50 in a chain of barbershops and medspas.

Our partners run the chairs and the treatment rooms. We manage and scale everything digital.

§ The bar

Most don't make the cut.

We take a handful of partners, and we say no a lot. To get to yes:

  1. 01Deep expertise in your industry. You've run this business at a high level.
  2. 02Boots on the ground. The day-to-day operation is yours; we don't fly in to run your floor.
  3. 03Skin in the game. Shared upside means shared risk, on both sides of the table.
  4. 04Room to scale. A business the machine can actually multiply.
Cross-section of a selection funnel: many candidate squares enter, sieve plates deflect most, a single unit passes through.
Fig. 03 · The selection process. Many conversations, few partnerships.
