Advisors hand you a deck. We hand you a machine.
Build it. Run it. Own it.
Diagnose
What's the machine that needs building?
Build
We make the actual thing: data, AI, web, channels, ops.
Run
We operate it in production, accountable for outcomes.
Hand over
Documented, operable, and yours.

Build.
We make the actual machine: the data layer, the AI, the site, the channels, the operations. Not a strategy deck. The thing itself.

Run.
We operate it in production until it works: models deciding, channels live, data flowing. Accountable for outcomes, not deliverables.

Own.
Then it's yours: data, models, code, accounts, no lock-in. We own ours: eight products we built and run for ourselves.
The proof? We did it for ourselves.
See what we own →Eight products, built and owned, end to end, the same process, run on our own behalf. And we do it for clients:
A real-time AI decisioning engine for ProgramBenefits.com, ranked next-best action across verticals, in a single session.

- Hand you a deck and walk. We build and run it.
- Bill you a month-to-month retainer to babysit dashboards.
- Sell staff-aug seats. Engagements are scoped to outcomes.
- Treat one channel as a strategy.
What is AI consulting?
AI consulting is the work of deciding where AI actually fits a business: what data it needs, what it should decide, and what that decision is worth. Most of it stops at the recommendation. We use the same diagnosis as a starting point, then build the machine and run it in production.
Do you just advise, or do you build it?
We build it. The diagnosis is the first stretch of the engagement, not the product of it. After that we make the real thing: the data layer, the models, the site, the channels. Then we operate it live and hand you the keys.
What does AI implementation actually involve?
Getting your data into one layer you can trust, putting a model on top of it that decides something in real time, and wiring that decision into the systems and channels that act on it. It is finished when it is shipped, in production, and someone is accountable for what it does.
How is this different from a consulting firm?
Most firms bill for the thinking and hand the building to someone else. We do both with one team and stay on it after launch: build it, run it, own it, then hand it over. Our proof is the eight products we built, run, and own ourselves.
